Walk from Palais el Glaoui castle into Fès-Médina city, where the route brings you to Mosquée al-Quaraouiyine mosque, the Royal palace of Fes attraction and the Tannerie de Sidi Moussa attraction. Continue through Jnan Sbil park to Madrasa al-Attarine mosque, then climb toward Borj Nord fort and the Tombeaux Mérénides ruins for views across the historic city. Along the way, visit Médersa Bou Inania mosque, pass through باب بوجلود city gate, and finish among the Musée Batha museum, Quartier Mellah attraction and bab riafa city gate. This walk is worthwhile for its focused sequence of palaces, religious buildings, craft heritage, green space, fortifications and historic quarters.
