Walk through Porto’s sacred landscape, from the Sé do Porto church and a small wayside shrine to richly decorated churches and chapels. You will encounter places of worship shaped by devotion, craft and neighborhood life, including the Igreja e Torre dos Clérigos church and the Igreja de São Francisco church. The route also reveals how sacred spaces appear in different forms, from bridge-side memorials to tile-covered chapels. Expect a rewarding but demanding walk with hills and stairs along the way.
